I don't understand your question. The translations you are linking to are part of the demo data for account-follow-up (as indicated by the "context" info at the bottom of the translation interface, such as:
  Located in model:account_followup.followup.line,description:account_followup.demo_followup_line1 

These are simple examples, and by translating them with *similar*
examples of follow-up reminders in German you would ensure more
appropriate demo data for German users. You can of course replace the
Belgian phone numbers with anything you like (such as German example
phone numbers), or even remove the phone number from the message
altogether.
