I'm still encountering this when applied with the pricelist used is
"based on other pricelist"

Bug description:
  Hello,

  in addons trunk rev #3700, when I create a new order and add new order lines, the Quantity (UOM) factor will be squared in the line price computation.
  example: 2 PC2 costs 3000 euros instead of 1500 euros.
