  stock.picking: regression (?) with missing name/sequence when making
  partial pickings?

Bug description:
  Hi,

  revision #2193 (both on 5-0 and trunk branches) introduced a different
  behavior which really looks like a bug:

  Before  #2913, when making a partial picking (validate a picking list,
  but sending only a portion of the listed quantity in the picking
  wizard (when you click on 'make picking'), the newly created picking
  (with remaining products to be send) got a sequence while the other
  picking (with the sent products) had a backorder field assigned with
  that new picking sequence.

  Picking A -> split into Picking A + Picking B
  with
  Picking B having a new sequence and Picking A having a backorder equal to that sequence.

  
  Instead, after revision #2193, we get:
  Picking A -> split into Picking A + Picking B
  with
  Picking B having NO sequence
  Picking A having NO backorder

  I think this is a regression because links between picking is less
  clear. Also we can't create the invoice of the Picking list A.

  Hope this helps.
  BTW, our customer is going to subscribe to maintenance contract in a few days, so if it's a bug, that would be nice to have is covered.
