Title:
  purchase : wait state is unused

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In the trunk, the state "wait" is still present even though all code referring to it was removed.
  It is "kind of" present in the views, though it's called "wait_auth" (and so is broken).
  We suggest you remove references to wait and wait_auth.
