I have checked this issue with trunk as well as 6.1rc1 but Its 
Only producible with rc1 , Currently its working fine with latest 
trunk.

  This bug present in trunc version 6.1 all-in-one. System do not installed with locales other than "en".
  System crashed by adding onter than english language through web-client.
