Well, the problem seems to have being introduced in revision 6565. The
method "create_period" for period generation now uses the newly
introduced fields.date.context_today. However, date_start and date_stop
of created periods are now set to the current time instead of the
beginning and end of month. I will correct that and see if this solves
the issue.

  Can not allow to create a period for fiscal year

Bug description:
  openobject-addons/trunk revno 6577
  openobject-server/trunk revno 4057

   - Create new db
   - install account_accountant
   - Configure chart of accounts (I tried with Italy and Switzerland)

  Get

  "Error occurred while validating the field(s) date_stop: Invalid
  period ! Some periods overlap or the date period is not in the scope
  of the fiscal year."
