Hello,

Thunderbird does not have icons on action button, as seen on Ubuntu as
well as on Windows. To be consistent with those guidelines, we should
instead remove all icons.

          Button Have no Icon. &  create partner string but expected
  Create Partner and same in cancel for more usability.
