Title:
  project : Field  total_hours calculates wrong time

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
   step 1:
  Create new project
  step 2:
  Create Task 1 for this project and eg. Assign Planned Hours 10. it should be 10

  Now see Project List View > Planned time will be 10 and Total Time
  will be 00

  Step 3:
  Create Task 2 for this Project and eg. Assign Planned Hour 20

  Now see Project List View > Planned time will be 30 and Total Time
  will be 10. it should be 30

  Step 4:
  if we start any of Task then Total Time of project will be 30
