Title:
  translation 2 Topmenu items not shown Purchases & Manufacturing

Bug description:
  Hello,

  Topmenu menu names cannot be translated in latest trunk version for  manufacturing and Purchases modules. 
  I tested with few languages like German Turkish French.

   To reproduce, install a new empty database with a language different
  than English and install Manufacturing and Purchases modules you will
  notice topmenu is not translated and cannot be translated.
