Title:
  Delays should use decimal precision "Shipping Delay"

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  In OpenERP 6.0 and trunk, the moduel "stock" introduces a decimal precision "Shipping Delays" but it's used only when computing reporting data.
  I humbly suggest it should be used in all delay fields, such as company security delay, MRP scheduler horizon, product lead times etc.
