As per your references above I have checked again and find that account_tax_id is empty in account _move_line Table .
It's working clearly efficient in Trunk with revision  no : 6619

If you have our OPW contract  then  they can him you !!!

Bug description:
  when we create an invoice from a sale order, the account.tax relation
  on account.move.line object is always NULL.
