  openerp_report_designer.zip not working on OpenOffice 3.3 (Windows 7)

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I downloaded and nstalled openerp report designer on OpenOffice.org
  Writer (OpenOffice 3.3 - the latest version). The menus came out quite
  alright as expected but none of the menus work when I click on them. I
  am using Windows 7 and OpenERP 6
