[Bug 936244] Re: Doesn't recognize existing partners when the values are in cyrilic and searching with small instead of capital letters

Yes, thanks for the video! Let me be more clear:
1. The problem is only in Cyrilic (Bulgarian for me, I didn't try it with other languages).
2. The problem is when you type small "п" - then the partner named with capital "П" isn't showing. It will show only if the partner is named with small letter "п". So the search in cyrilic IS case sensitive and it shouldn't be.
3. I spotted another problem in your video, that didn't know before. When you type capital "П" it shows "Партньор", but why it disappears after continuing to type "...артньор"?
Thanks, I can make a video if you didn't understand me!

Title:
Doesn't recognize existing partners when the values are in cyrilic and
searching with small instead of capital letters

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Web client with Demo data.
   6.1 RC1 - openerp-allinone-setup-6.1dev-20120216-110030
   Opera 11.61 and Firefox 10.01.

In fact this is in all many2one fields, when I'm using cyrilic. The database is Bulgarian by default when created.
  1. Create a partner (or some other) with cyrilic symbols, for example Партньор.
  2. For example go to Sales order and create a sale order. In the Partner field, start to type пар... and it doesn't recognize it, if you are writing it with small letters. You have to start with exactly capital letter to recognize it and offer it as a choice in the drop down menu.
It shouldn't be case sensitive when searching whatever. It wasn't case sensitive in 6.0 also. So I consider it a bug.
