i think it was partially fixed by a previous revision "by mistake". The full fix should have landed in 
revision 6638

Bug description:
  I'm not sure is this a bug, but why when selecting customer the
  customer drop down list always show a list of supplier even though
  those supplier is NOT set to be customer?
