Title:
  Stock: can't add a line to a confirmed picking

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  In 6.0/6.1/trunk, when you confirm a picking, you can still add a new move line to it but you can never confirm this new line.
  We need to be able to confirm this line and process it normally.
  For example on incoming shippings you could get an additional product that was not on the initial purchase order.
