method=True is NOT needed on OpenERP 6.1. Note that extra-addons _trunk_
is designed to be used with OpenERP trunk (or OpenERP 6.1)... but not
OpenERP 6.0.

Bug description:
  In the sale_layout_cleanup sale_layout.py #73 line, field missing
  method=True attribute. I got error when tried to duplicate sale order.
