strange, tried creating 'new' database and there the values seem
correct...

is this something recently fixed and potentially not corrected when
starting the server with -u all -d <dname>?

  Invalid

Bug description:
  In V6.1 (branch pulled up to date daily via bzr)
  the fr_FR translation seems faulty on:
      decimal_separator  = '.'  instead of ','
  and
      date_format = '%m/%d/%Y' instead of '%d/%m/%Y'
