Hello,

I have faced the same problem on trunk also but only in web because on
web after apply button the "Chart Template " wizard doesn't closed. Then
again pressed the same button this constraint will fired.

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  in a db with demo data (runbot, not _all)

  - installed crm
  - then installed Sales
  - installed generic chart of account
  - apply template 

  Constraint Error

  Tax Name must be unique per company!
