Is it possible that a certain version of a python library can cause those duplicate entries?

  [6.1] duplicate entries

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  server: 4074
  web : 2241
  addons: 6631

  When creating records in some modules like 'report_intrastat' it
  create a duplicate record with the same data.

  This problem only occurs when using the web client on port '8002' but
  not when using '8069'
