Hello Nicola Riolini ,

Yes, I am totally agree with you, There may be possibility that developer
done a mistake.We have provided a error massage like "Where he/she did a mistake",
So he/she can identified it easily his/her mistake.It's not a bug It's your
suggestion as well as opinion so before implementing
it,we need to more discussion on it.

@Experts : would you please share your views on this.

  problem if in view_mode there's spaces between form and tree

Bug description:
  Hi, this is not a bug but a possibly problem (occurred sometimes)
  I have Ubu 10.4 with Openerp 6.0.3
  if in XML view record I write, for ex.:

  <field name="view_mode">tree, form</field>

  note the space between "tree,"         and       "form"
  I see the tree but when I click on record the window refresh and the form doesn't open.
  As I said it's not a bug but maybe this could be a problem for developers...
