Right, this would work, of course, but... isn't avoiding a modification
of the base view the very goal of the customized views ?

Bug description:
  More a wish than a bug: in OpenERP v6.1, it is possible to create
  customized views for a specific user. It would be nice if it were
  possible to create customized views for a group of users, for instance
  ask that all users from the "Accounting" group access the custom view
  instead of the base one.
