Hi Ravish,

The steps are:
- We have a product that requires production lot in purchases.
- We make a purchase of that product.
- In the income picking, sets a new lot. This lot does not drags to the procurement and it should. 

In 6.0 version it works. My patch is a copy of the 6.0 funcionality.

Bug description:
  If we have the lot and the location on a receipt form, should be able
  to drag to procurement automatically. Attached a patch that I think it
  solves.
