Would you please try again with latest code and new DB .If you still faced the problem ,report back to us.

  accounting installation

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  On Chromium 17.0.963.56 Ubuntu 10.04
  AND on Firefox version 3.6.17

  After installing module 'account_accountant' in a new empty database,
  a bug message appears:

  
  OpenERP Erreur (côté interface)
  close
  Cette version d'OpenERP ne bénéficie pas d'un service de support. Il est possible de souscrire aux services de support et de maintenance ici :OpenERP Entreprise.
  Uncaught The key default_home was not found

  Note : database created in French
