I don't agree with you as well as this is not a generalise issue that's
why we can not consider this as a bug.

Note: When you reported a bug then provide the enough/ required
information for that bug, otherwise It's very time consuming for bug
management policy.

  stock - physical inventories - must not select product for lot entry

Bug description:
  currently it is necessary to enter the product in a newly created
  production lot - although it can only belong to the current article
  and only this one can be selected
