There's no branch for extra 6.1 for the moment, so you'd have to use the 
trunk version.

  sale_picking_reservation : unreserve does not cancel procurements

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  New

Bug description:
  In the extra addons, the reservations created by sale_picking_reservation include procurements, but the unreserve method does not cancel them.
  As a consequence, procurements will be duplicated whenever you reserve+unreserve+re-reserve goods.
