Hello Peter,

This configuration needs to add the functionality for service type in
sale module itself which is currently happening in project_mrp module.
So It required lots of changes with respect of workflow and objects.
However you can post your issue on community side for more discussion in
future road-map of OpenERP. For now we set this as opinion and request
to our Experts to discuss more over this.

As our policy is to keep the changes applied on stable branches to a
minimum, in order to limit the regression risks for customers that are
in production.

  Order with service product give wrong orderstate when invoice is made
  and paid.

  Take demodatabase / accounting + sales

  Order with only a service product !

  Create new order / select product "empl" 1 hour 
  Confirm
  Create invoice
  Pay invoice
  Check state of the order -> still in progress

  This state should be 'Done'.
