Hello,

Based on the tool-tip of "Appear on Payslip" field Salary rules, If this
field unticked (False) then It's not displayed in payslip but it's
journal entry should be created. Currently when this field is unticked
then it doesn't appears in payslip (which is fine) as well as it's
journal entry is not created. That's why I am confirming this bug.

  Openerp Web
  Payroll module

  If the Salary rules 's Appear on Payslip" ticked, the journal entry
  will automatically generated, however, if unticked, no journal entry
  items are generated
