We might misunderstanding for each other.

OK, just simplified it. 
Will "Employee Payslip" state become "Done" without click the "Comfirm" button?
Will "Employee Payslip" state become "Done" (before that is "Draft") if click the "Close" button from payslip Batch?

Hello ken,

Let me explain further . Suppose I have made pay batches for four employee(a,b,c,d) .
Now I make payslip only for D , when I click on conform button that time pay batch related  that emp D will go automatically in done state.

I have shown in my new video .Please take a look.

  I create a payslips batches, where i create two "Employee Payslip" with state = draft by using the "Generate Payslip" function.
  Afterward, i close the payslips batches, however, those "Employee Payslip" still remain in draft mode.
