Hello Erwin,

I have checked you issue. All journal are create in English .So with out
defining Translation=true in field name ,you can't translate these
journal .But  in stock journal field still not define it. So how you are
able to translate all journal except stock or bank

Bug description:
  Stock Journal name can't be translated. See in attachment. Everything
  is translated, but not the STJ Stock Journal.
