try this:
install stock_no_autopicking. This module adds a new field - labled 'Auto Picking' - in the product form (tab 'Information'). With disabled 'Auto Picking': all moves - even internal - have to be done manually. And before processing / validating a move you are able to enter a production lot first...

  Not able to assign production lot in Internal move

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  Hi All,
  I have met a problem that cannot assign the production lot in Internal Move which automatically generated by system.
  Here are the steps:

  1)	Set the traceability of product so that it can assign location automatically
  2)	Create Manufacturing Order to Ready to Produce
  3)	Go to Internal Move and try to assign the production lot in but state =done, we can do nothing
  4)	When go to inventory analysis,  undefined production lot shown while there are lot numbers with enough stock

  So, how can we update the system so that the state of Internal move not in "Done" once confirmed? 
  Or 
  Is it possible that assign the production lot numbers automatically from the Manufacturing Order??
