Hi Amit,

Its really good that you looked into the problem and would be great if
you tried to fix that.

It is not possible to move to new version of 6.1 hense Its also not
stable enough to use as a production setup. Even its very strange that
bug raised in later version of stable version of same tree.

  [6.0.3] Active Flag on Employee not working appropriately

Bug description:
  HI Support,

  I am reviewing the HR module where I found one strange thing, an
  Active flag on Employee search view not behaving properly.

  It shows same list of employees even an Active is selected or not
  selected.

  I have checked same thing on 6.0.1 which works perfactly. I did not
  checked any other versions.

  Can you please look into this.
