Hello Erwin ,

I have check this issue with 6.1 but I did not face any problem when
change addons path  in openerp-server.conf and Its working as
expectation .So would you please check this again and provide more
information regarding this issue.

  Changing addons_path in Windows

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I've changed the addons path in the openerp-server.conf. First it
  seems that eveything works fine. But when I try to upgrade a module i
  get the error that the addons path isn't found. See attachment.
