  product_special_price module is available in http://apps.openerp.com,
  and the sources in the branch:

  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp-commiter/openobject-
  addons/extra-6.0/files

  But has a dependency with sale_multi_shop, which is not available in a
  Launchpad repository or any repository, or link to download.
