Hello ,

As per my opinion this is not bug , per company we can install one chart of account.
if you want to install another chart of account for that you need to select or create 
another company. 

For now it needed a changes regarding improvement what you suggested in bug specification.Currently I am setting this issue as  opinion because this issue needs a 
more clarification and discussion.

You can post this issue on feedback.openerp.com also , Our quality team
member will defiantly  review this issue.

@Expert : Would you please give precious opinion on this issue.

  Change chart account problem

  Opinion

Bug description:
  Openerp 6.1 nightly(from 23 march 2012) build all-in-one.
  I install l10n_chart_us_ucoa but can't change current chart account for exist compane.

  install module, start configuration wizard but lists of company is
  clear(drop down lists exist but have 2 empty row), if i create new
  company and start configuration wizard then lists consist of 1 row new
  company name.

  And so i can make new chart account but can't change current.

  In demo-db all work fine.
