First of all please forget the vishal's comment.

I have checked your issue with latest 6.1 as well with your given revno with web 8002 port. (Which I show on video)
server: 4089
web : 2247
addons: 6644

And all are working as expected, Please see attached video.

Currently I am closing this issue, If you still faced the problem then
you can feel free to open this with providing a video with your problem.

Title:
  [6.1] duplicate entries

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  server: 4074
  web : 2241
  addons: 6631

  When creating records in some modules like 'report_intrastat' it
  create a duplicate record with the same data.

  This problem only occurs when using the web client on port '8002' but
  not when using '8069'
