I see

1) the SO is marked done and as partly invoiced if not all lines are invoiced which is correct, but I do not know how to select SO which have to be invoiced manually using the wizard. 
there are many reasons (partly delivered/backlogs/ not yet invoiced deliveries ) why a SO is only partly invoiced.
* the button "To Invoice" should select these (but does not)

2) in Webclient / form view the wizard "create invoice" is NOT visible
(only in list view after selecting the SO)

Bug description:
  Example
  create a SO with 2 lines
  * with product number
  * without product - just a description

  set invoice on deliveries

  confirm order

  the delivery shows only the line with product

  create an invoice from delivery

  SO line without product is NOT invoiced

  As SO lines without product are supported the system must handle this
  correctly
