As per your above comments

#1: In a generalize way it's working fine. These reasons (partly delivered/backlogs/ not yet invoiced deliveries ) are your specific
So you can customize your code.

#2 : GTK and Web are bit different in behavior.In web client ,if action
is not define for menu ,you can access via list view only by selecting
particular records as wizard "make invoices"

On the basis  of my above points (#1,#2), I am closing this issue.

Title:
  6.1 sale - line without product is "lost" in deliveries and invoices

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Example
  create a SO with 2 lines
  * with product number
  * without product - just a description

  set invoice on deliveries

  confirm order

  the delivery shows only the line with product

  create an invoice from delivery

  SO line without product is NOT invoiced

  As SO lines without product are supported the system must handle this
  correctly
