Title:
  [trunk 6.1] DB restart requires server restart

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Expired

Bug description:
  If the connection with the DB is lost because the DB restarted, you
  have to restart OpenERP server.

  I guess the same issue could occur in case of a DB failover but didn't tested.
  By the way, test the scenario of the network connection lost with the DB server and reconnection when network comes up.
