  [account] allow stock properties in the chart of account template

Bug description:
  Hi,

  it is currently not possible to encode the stock properties in the
  localized chart of acccounts templates. Having this seems to fit in
  the zero configuration aim of the OpenERP software.

  The following properties are involved:

  stock.property_stock_account_output_categ
  stock.property_stock_account_input_categ
  stock.property_stock_valuation_account_id

  Please allow for them to be assigned from the chart of accounts
  template by adding corresponding fields in the account.chart.template
  model and handling them in the generate_properties() method of this
  model.
