Thibault meant in comment #8 that we will fix the bug by correctly
printing the date into the timezone of the user who *did* the action
whenever we include a date in the text of a history message (still needs
to be fixed!). This will include the timezone name, so that anyone else
viewing it will know what it really represents.

The "wishlist" part is making the "text" of the message somehow dynamic
enough to display dates in the timezone of the user who is *viewing* the
message, like what happens with regular datetime fields. That is much
more complex and mostly unnecessary at this point, so we won't do that.

Our goal is that for "single timezone teams" everything is displayed in
their single timezone, and for "multi-timezone teams" everything is
displayed in the user's timezone *or* with enough info (TZ name) to let
the user find out what was the actual time of the action.

Hope that clarifies the situation...

PS: sorry for the noise on this bug, everything was already explained in
comment #3 really, no need for further comments until we actually fix
the bug ;-)
