  apply ignore exception (shipping) in SO

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  New

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce

  - create SO with one order line, procurement method 'make to stock', supply method (product) is supply
  - confirm SO
  - decide not to purchase the goods but to use existing stock (available, real = virtual)
  - delete request of quotation
  - SO gets in state 'shipping exception'
  - apply 'ignore exception'

  --> SO gets in state 'done' and 'delivered'! (related OUT is still in
  state 'confirmed')

  SO should get in state 'confirmed'!
