  6.1 : Sale/Purchase : Blocking error when selecting a product of non-
  PCE UoM

Bug description:
  Dear Experts,

  On Purchase, we just faced a trivial issue while choosing a Product
  with UoM KG, system called an onchange() and ended with an exception
  'Selected UOM does not belong to the same category as the product
  UOM'.

  IMO, We believe  there is no real need to set the default UoM PCE when
  the onchange itself is causing a break!

  Lets consider that this was for some aim putting it in default, this
  category check should be avoided.
