Raising priority due to the fact this bug happens in a wizard that
displays each time we install most of OpenERP's addons. So even if it's
not critical and has an easy workaround, every user of the trunk
encounter this bug, which is bad for the product's image.

  [TRUNK] After apply button the "Chart Template " wizard doesn't closed

  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  in a db with demo data (runbot, not _all)

  - installed crm
  - then installed Sales
  - installed generic chart of account
  - apply template 

  Constraint Error

  Tax Name must be unique per company!
