  purchase order missing "create invoice" for services

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  New

Bug description:
  if the purchase order with service liness is confirmed with this setting  
  Invoicing Control ? : Based on receptions

  there is no possibility to create an invoice from the PO lines which
  are not transferred to stock pickings.

  it must be the same solution as implemented for SO
