Yes, I agree with your comment#2, Also the Bhavsar was told the same
thing. Average price should be update when UoM is changed.

He was confirmed this issue for the same point, but not sure about the
volume, Net weight and gross weight.

  Average price, volume and weights are not updated when the UoM changes

Bug description:
  In v6.0 and trunk, if you change the default unit of measure of a product, the average price is not updated.
  Example using the demo data:
  - Open product "WOOD002"
  - set the volume to 10, net weight to 10, gross weight to 10
  - set costing method to Average Price = the cost price is 5€
  - change the default UoM to Km : the cost price, volume, net weight and gross weight are unchanged.
