Try install [6.1] on

1) WinXP (ru).
After install OpenERP
OpenERPServerService.exe don't install as service automatically (not in service list - in "services.msc").

After install OpenERP

All work OK

After install OpenERP
OpenERPServerService.exe install as service automatically.
All work OK
