It happend to me also, but I installed a fresh new database just with
the basic modules and it worked fine... check what module is affecting
this behavior

  [PS] Problem with pricelist and automatic procurement

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  * If a purchase order is created due to minimum stock rules, the system will automatically fills in the supplier, pricelist and purchase order lines. 
  * if for the pricelist defined there is no rule for the product automatically purchased, then the price is set to 0

  => the system should either 
                 - warn the user that no price is found for this product 
                 - set the price of the product to the "standard price" defined on the product form
