Hello Alec,

I didn't see this type of issue with latest trunk at my end.

I have checked that at every where I have seen sq.po for Albanian
translation and didn't see the ua.po but it's uk.po.

So please check it again and provide more information here.

Bug description:
  The name of the albanian file , currently al, should be sq.  The ua
  file should probably be removed, it seems old, and there's already an
  'uk' file for Ukraine. And uk is the offical language code for Ukraine
