  Cannot access CODA Bank Account Configuration (account_coda)

  There is a bug when trying to configure a new "CODA Bank Account"
  (Accounting / Configuration / Financial Accounting / CODA
  Configuration / CODA Bank Account Configuration). It seams that the
  search view is absent.
