Hello Antoine,

I have checked this issue, first you have talking about the  "product type" field which is selection field not m2o.
And which return the values not a key like "Consumable" for 'cons'.

I have attached a video for your reference, So would you please check it
which helps you more.

  Export in "import compatible" mode doesn't work properly for m2o

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  If we want to use the export as "compatible import", OpenERP should
  return the keys instead of the values in: ('product','Stockable
  Product'),('consu', 'Consumable'),('service','Service')
  because"Consumable" is sent instead of consu. Which is not
  "importable" directly as we need to rework the file.
